Programming.
We can provide engaging, goal-driven recreation therapy programming designed for adults with diverse abilities in residential and community care settings. Each program is developed by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and tailored to meet the cognitive, social, physical and emotional needs of participants. Activities encourage independence, creativity, and self-expression—helping residents build confidence and connection in their daily lives.

Empowerment Groups.
We offer empowering, discussion-based group sessions designed to help older adults build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and find renewed purpose. Each group is led by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and focuses on topics such as self-advocacy, decision-making, coping skills, and personal growth. Sessions provide a supportive environment where participants can share experiences, learn new strategies, and celebrate their strengths.

Leisure Education.
We offer structured leisure education sessions designed to help older adults discover new interests, build confidence, and increase independence in leisure. Led by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), each class focuses on developing practical skills such as time management, decision-making, and community resource awareness. Participants gain the tools to use leisure as a means of maintaining well-being, purpose, and lifelong growth.

Social Skills.
We can provide evidence-based social skills programming designed to help participants build meaningful relationships and improve everyday communication. Led by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) and PEERS®-Certified provider, each group uses structured, research-backed lessons and role-play practice to teach conversational skills, making and keeping friends, managing conflict, and increasing social confidence. Sessions create a supportive, interactive environment where participants can apply new skills through guided activities and real-life practice.
Programming begins at $75 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Group sessions begin at $150 per hour.
The groups listed above may also be offered as one-on-one sessions starting at $100 per hour.
All services are provided by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Rates include the therapist’s time for program planning, travel, documentation, and all preparation required to ensure a successful and meaningful implementation of services.
